Phew! Just finished writing Necromancer’s Betrayal: Book Two of the Flesh & Bone Trilogy.
It weighs in at 157,000 words (compared the the 165,000 words of Necromancer’s Gambit). It’s a bit more than I was aiming for, but had to the tale justice, eh?
Just gotta write the dedication and send it off to the publisher and other interested parties now.
A big thank you to my loyal readers, who left no typo unturned: Kate Alcock, David Woods, Paul Leaming and Maggie Milne!
Gonna take a month off before I start Book 3 (Necromancer’s Fall) now. Besides, there’s usually loads of wrangling with the publisher required before the book’s finally out on shelves and websites (probably end June).
